Then there’s just the heartless bloggers, one of whom made some post about how you can make jokes about: eating disorders, people’s weight, sexual assaults, homosexual people, but once you start joking about suicide, that’s completely unacceptable. They’re all unacceptable you moron.
Leaving the worst ‘til last, this morning I found a blog about a girl who is “Daddy’s little princess”, who posts photos of the bruises “Daddy” leaves her, and talks about how he chokes her until she blacks out. Far out. I realize that she has probably been brainwashed into thinking he does this out of love, or whatever but bloody hell. Unsure of whether “Daddy” is her actual father, or just some older, male figure, but either way it’s beyond horrible. There’s so many notes on all of her posts there must be thousands of other people under the same circumstances. And the fact that there is nothing anybody can do about it, makes it even worse.
You may be wondering how I get onto these blogs. I go onto someone’s blog whom I follow, then click on a blog they have reblogged from and then one that person has reblogged from, and before you know it I’m looking at photos of girls being tied to beds.
I’m not really sure what I had hoped to achieve from this post. It just repulses me that there is so much going on that is out of our control. Well hello to the Internet. also I don’t want this post to get lots of replies with hate saying “it’s their blog they can post what they want” and all that bullshit, because I know. But it still leaves me feeling repulsed, okay?
